Robert W. Barr (son of Mary Ross and William Barr) was born January 12, 1862 in Ormstown, Quebec, Canada. He married on August 13, 1895 in Kentland, Indiana, U.S.A. Winifred Ferrick who was born June 24, 1865 in Kentland, Indiana. He is in the grain business in Chalmers, Indiana and is also a land owner. She taught school in Indiana prior to her marriage. One daughter and two sons were born to this union.
