DRAFT DEFINITION
Nitrogen rule
An organic molecule containing the elements C, H, O, S, P, or halogen has an odd nominal mass if it contains an odd number of nitrogen atoms.
Considered between 2004 and 2006 but not included in the 2006 PAC submission
