So far the order has been delayed twice and is now scheduled for shipping May 25 (&#8220;Usually ships in 3 to 4 weeks&#8221; &#8211; usually). Elsewhere, Greenwood Publishers claims to have the books in stock (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenwood.com\/books\/BookDetail.asp?dept_id=1&amp;sku=HAHC\">ISBN: 0-8371-5062-0<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenwood.com\/books\/BookDetail.asp?dept_id=1&amp;sku=HALE\">ISBN: 0-8371-5065-5<\/a>), but on a belated check of the LSU library I found both of the books in the stacks.
